I believe you are referring to Volume 3, not Volume 2 which was released last year.

No, this is Volume/Part Two of Jesus of Nazareth. The hardback edition of the first volume of Jesus of Nazareth was published by Doubleday in 2007; Ignatius Press published the paperback edition of the same in 2008. Benedict XVI has stated that he hopes, if time and energy allows, to write a third volume, which would cover the birth and early years of Jesus.
