Manuel G. Daugherty Razetto

One can hardly imagine a more excellent manner to elucidate the crisis involving the Church's sexual scandal than what we learn now through the words of Benedict XVI at his address to the Curia on the occasion of Christmas at the Sala Regia , December 20 of this year. With humility and truthfulness the pope submits with admirable sincerety how much damage was done, how much we need to regret.

Coincidentally, the Cardinal of Washington D.C. handled very well a similar question while being interviewed by Chris Wallace at FoxNews today.
