Ed Peters

"They will best achieve this aim if they learn, from the time of their formation, how to use these technologies in a competent and appropriate way, shaped by sound theological insights and reflecting a strong priestly spirituality grounded in constant dialogue with the Lord."

We need a pope to tell men under 35 this?

Seminarians don't need instruction in how to use email or how to google stuff, and if they did, Rome would not be, shall we say, the first place I would think to alert them to it.

What they need is formation in the faith, ... but again, since when is that news?
