(My apologies for the typo in the original headline!)
It seems apparent that she is. One of many questions that comes to mind is: what does that mean from the standpoint of canon law? Dr. Ed Peters offers his analysis.

Does the bishop of Donna Quinn's diocese know of her actions? Dopes Donna Quinn receive any money from her diocese? Does the congregation for religious in Rome know of Sr's 'part time work'?

Not 'accomplish' but 'accomplice'.

That should be "accomplice to abortion" shouldn't it?

I think you mean accomplice.

Far be it from me to be critical Carl, but shouldn't that heading read "accomplice?"

Quinn called gender discrimination "the root cause of evil in the Church, and thus in the world," and said she remained in the Dominican community simply for "the sisterhood."
Sounds to me as if she has already left the order, in every way but physically.

Carl, not to be a troll at all, but I think you mean "accomplice."

ACCOMPLICE

Why hasn't she been bounced from the order long ago? For that matter, why hasn't the Order itself been disciplined?
As has been said, who could have imagined that this would have been tolerated for one day, let alone for YEARS?

accomplice
n. one who intentionally and voluntarily participates with another in a crime by encouraging or assisting in the commission of the crime or by failing to prevent it though under a duty to do so. An accomplice intentionally and voluntarily assists in the commission of a crime and, unlike a mere accessory, is usually present or directly aids in the crime (like holding a gun on the bank guard while the vault is looted, or holding a victim of assault and battery). Also unlike an accessory who can claim being only a subordinate figure, the accomplice may share in the same charge and punishment as the principal criminal.

FWIF, as with most Congregations of Dominican Sisters, the Sinsinawa Dominicans are canonically independent of the Order of Preachers.
