I am sure someone, perhaps the ACLU, will defend the rights of cadavers to have dead sex. No doubt this is bizarro world's version of a privacy issue.

No, necrophiliacs will be defended as a persecuted "sexual minority" in need of civil rights protection. What next? corpse brothels? I recall an sf story about that maybe 30 years ago.
