When will the Catholic church really stand for life? All life, including adults, women, children .. when the Bush crime family decided to decimate the civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan , not a word was said at the Sunday masses in protest to this illegal war. Lies, proven lies to lead us into war and still Silence form the bishops of America. Pro-life? whose life. Oh, I guess Muslim life counts for less than the innocent unborn. The Peace movement is certainly not alive and well in the Catholic church. We heard petitions for prayers for soldiers at the beginning of this debacle but none for the innocent victims in Iraq. Now I hear no more petitions for our "brave military" who use drones to kill the civilians. Why ? Have the bishops realized the war is unpopular? I am appalled at the acquiesence of the Church in America with the crimes of the neocons.
