Whatever understanding I have about the Trinity I first obtained from Sheed's 'Theology For Beginners'. This book was one of my Year 10 (15 years old) Religious texts back in the good old days! lol

Sheed's placement of love at the heart of the Trinity made it real for me. Kreeft, most likely borrowing from Sheed, explains it the same way. FWIW, our pastor referenced Sheed's description in his homily yesterday. I put up a brief post about it on my site.

Sheed and Kreeft are both Thomists and his writings are probably the wellspring from which both of their works flow.
