Jim McCullough

I have seen multiple references in Magnificat that Leiva-Merikakis has written a 3 volume meditative commentary on Matthew. After enjoying the first two, published by Ignatius, I have waited eagerly for the 3rd volume. Has Ignatius decided not to publish it? It's been quite a while.

Carl E. Olson

Great question, Jim, and one that many folks have asked over the past few years. I'm happy to say that the third volume, Fire of Mercy, Heart of the Word: Meditations on the Gospel According to St. Matthew is in production and is scheduled to be available for purchase in January 2013.

Thanks--there's nothing like good news about the Good News!
