Brad

Your exegesis and the words of Justin Martyr remind me so much of the luminous mysteries and the beauty of their existence for us. One could imagine so many other episodes that the Blessed Holy Father could have included among the five he selected for the luminous. I am thinking especially of the Temptation, which could have been selected as a rosary mystery unto itself, but nevertheless dovetails easily into the tail end (tail feathers?) of the Baptism or into the beginning (outspread wings?) of the three years' Proclamation.
