North American College soccer team wins

Joseph Previtali reports from Rome, Italy (11:57 AM CET):

The North American College soccer team has defeated the Pontifical Urban College, 0-0 (4-3), in a shootout. It was the team's first game of the Clericus Cup tournament. Deacon Andy Roza of the Archdiocese of Omaha put the NAC in position to win when he saved the fourth Urban College penalty kick.  Co-coach Daniel O'Mullane then clinched the victory for the American side with a fifth-shot goal in the NAC home-side of the shootout.  More details to follow live from Rome, including player intereviews, statistics, and game commentary.
