The Schindler Family: Witnesses to the Author of Life
I just finished watching a press conference with Terri Schiavo's family. Her sister Suzanne and brother Bobby read prepared statements (see post immediately below). In the midst of their grief and exhaustion they gave clear, bold, and charitable witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. May God grant the Schinder family grace and peace during this dark hour and may He grant Terri the peace and life that never ends.

Is it me, or does the Franciscan "spiritual advisor" present at these events come across as being . . . gay?
I don't want to be uncharitable, but the last thing we Catholics need right now is efeminate priests speaking vocally on our behalf, no matter how well-intentioned.
Is it wrong that this bothers me?
